Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Learn and Earn with KKR, we are committed to providing high-quality training and services to help you succeed in e-commerce. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

All sales of digital products, courses, workshops, and services are final once access is granted or materials are delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online courses (e.g., ₹10,000 Challenge Advance).

  • Workshop registrations (e.g., ETSY Workshop – Chennai).

  • Done-for-you services (e.g., A+ Content Creation, Amazon Ad Campaigns).

  • Coaching sessions and personalized consultations.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

A. Digital Courses & Challenges

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Eligibility requires no more than 20% of the course content to have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Once significant content is consumed, refunds cannot be granted due to the transfer of intellectual property.

B. Live Workshops/Events

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you may:

    • Transfer your registration to another person.

    • Reschedule to a future workshop (subject to availability).

C. Done-for-You Services

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced (e.g., after the project kick-off meeting or first deliverable).

  • Clients are encouraged to review service details and clarify requirements before purchase.

D. Coaching Packages

  • Refunds are available only if requested before the first coaching session.

  • After the first session, the package is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized services (e.g., tailored ad campaigns, product listings).

  • Downloadable resources, templates, or software tools.

  • Services adversely affected by client delays or incomplete information.


4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To submit a request:

  2. Include the following details:

    • Full name and contact information.

    • Order number and date of purchase.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  3. We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5–7 business days.


5. Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Upon refund, access to courses, materials, and community platforms will be revoked.


6. Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services (e.g., monthly ad management) by providing 30 days’ written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for fees paid during the cancellation period.
